PDF to Word (also known as Cuesheets) and this website — including all source code, designs, layouts, slide templates, features and content — are the proprietary intellectual property of Osprey Aviation. © 2026 Osprey Aviation. All rights reserved. No part may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse-engineered or reused without our prior written permission.
We collect your account email, login details and the presentations and Scripts you upload, and use them only to run the Platform, provide support and keep it secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Data is stored using Supabase, a third-party cloud provider, which may hold data on servers outside Singapore. Only authorised Osprey Aviation personnel may access your data, and only to operate the Platform or help you. Upon a client's request, all of their presentations and associated data will be deleted. You may request to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. We follow Singapore's PDPA.
By using the Platform you agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the Platform unlawfully, upload content you don't have rights to, or copy or reverse-engineer the software. The Platform's software and design belong to Osprey Aviation; the presentations you upload remain yours, and you grant us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. The Platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability — please keep your own backups. To the extent allowed by law, Osprey Aviation is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You are responsible for your own conduct on the Platform, and you agree to cover Osprey Aviation (indemnify us) for any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the Platform, content you had no right to upload, or your breach of these terms or of any NDA. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Presentations and content that clients upload are treated as confidential and are not shared outside Osprey Aviation except as needed to run the Platform or as required by law. Osprey Aviation personnel access client content only for support and maintenance. Where a client and Osprey Aviation have signed a separate NDA for a specific show, that NDA governs that information and takes precedence; these terms supplement it. We use login authentication and access controls to protect content, and delete it on a client's request.
